With a clear brief in place, we develop the overarching design concept for your home.
This stage includes spatial planning, material and finish direction, joinery intent, lighting concepts, and the visual narrative that will guide the entire project. The goal is a cohesive, timeless design that balances aesthetics, functionality, and longevity.
Once approved, this concept becomes the blueprint for every decision that follows.
Design Development & Documentation
We refine the approved concept into detailed, build-ready documentation.
This includes drawings, schedules, specifications, and coordination across all interior elements to ensure accuracy, consistency, and constructability. Engaging us early allows this work to integrate seamlessly with your builder and consultants, reducing uncertainty and costly changes later.
This stage is where design integrity is protected.
Styling, Procurement & Installation
As construction nears completion, we bring the home to life.
From furniture and soft furnishings to styling, procurement, and final installation, we manage the last layer of detail to ensure the finished home feels resolved, elevated, and lived-in, not staged.
The result is a home that feels intentional from the first plan to the final placement.
