Discovery & Direction
Every project starts on site, not on paper. We walk the space with you and wherever possible, alongside your builder too, to genuinely understand how you live, what's frustrating you about the current layout, and what you actually need this home to do for your life. Concept Design & Spatial Planning
This is where the floor plan actually gets resolved and it's a genuinely collaborative stage, not something handed down in isolation. We work through layout options with your builder early, because they know what's buildable, what's costly, and what's not worth the fight. Design Development & Documentation
This is the layer most people underestimate. Every material, finish, custom joinery detail, and lighting decision gets specified here, not chosen on the fly once the build has started. We produce both 2D plans (precise, measured drawings your builder and trades use to actually construct the space) and 3D visualisations (so you can genuinely see and understand what the finished space will feel like before a single wall moves). This full documentation package is what keeps a build running smoothly on site, your builder and trades aren't guessing, and neither are you.
Styling, Procurement & Installation
Every piece of furniture, every fitting, every finish has to be sourced, ordered, tracked and delivered; we handle that entirely, so you're not spending evenings across a dozen supplier websites. And at the very end: styling and installation, the layer that turns a finished build into a home that actually feels considered.
